The service at the hotel was really good, with attentive and friendly staff who were always ready to help. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated near all the main attractions and within walking distance of the city center.

The room was disappointing, as it was not up to the expected standards. The size was small and the amenities were outdated.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. We even received a room upgrade when the classic one didn't have the bed arrangement we needed. The food was excellent, and they even provided a special bed for our dog, which we had never seen anywhere else. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and the hotel itself is exquisite. We would highly recommend it.

We loved our romantic escape at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully clean and elegant, with a touch of modernity, made them feel classy. The staff were very attentive and made sure our every need was taken care of. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a short walk to the main attractions and a lovely shopping and eating area nearby. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, peaceful and relaxing after a long day of exploring. a wonderful experience!

This hotel exceeded my expectations with their luxurious and exclusive amenities. the service was top, notch, and the Spa & wellness center provided a relaxing atmosphere. With access to a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi, here I indulged myself in a full body massage and experienced a blissful state. The restaurant provided a delicious continental breakfast, and the private location had a beautiful garden area. Cons: I only had one minor issue once I arrived at the room , there was no coffee or tea maker available. Regardless of that, the in, room breakfast was a fantastic alternative to start my day.

I had the most very nice stay at a beautiful hotel in Milan. I was greeted with really good service and attention to detail. The hotel is located in a residential area with a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere away from the bustling tourist areas. The rooms have recently been renovated and have a classic, elegant design. I was especially impressed by the blackout shades, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms were spacious and stocked with luxurious Clarins products.
